Import agency services for physicians and dentists in Japan

Tell us the name of your medical institution, your name and what you would like to discuss. We review the request and explain whether we can support it, the scope of support, and the costs and payment terms.

Using the registration link we send you, you register the details of your medical institution, the physician or dentist and the person in charge, together with a copy of your medical or dental license.

After reviewing what we have explained, place your order on LINE or by e-mail. The first order is paid in advance. We start arranging once payment and the necessary documents have been confirmed. Orders cannot be canceled or changed after shipment.

K-LINK pays the supplier for the requested goods and invoices the physician in Japanese yen for the goods, international shipping and its fee. We explain the scope, costs and payment terms before making arrangements. Individual terms of business and the point at which a contract is formed are explained separately before you apply.

For the import confirmation application, we introduce the official guidance. The importer must check the documents before submission. The shipping method, expected arrival and costs are confirmed and explained for each request. Customs duties, import consumption tax and customs clearance fees are billed to you directly by FedEx.

The domestic cool-courier shipping fee for goods that require refrigeration is paid by the recipient on delivery. For this refrigerated-delivery route, FedEx hands the goods to Sagawa Express in Japan; K-LINK does not physically receive or store them.

We tell you the expected arrival in advance. Please let us know about clinic closure days or long absences when you place the order. If the regional bureau or Customs contacts you, please let us know.

For later orders, tell us the order details on LINE or by e-mail, and we explain the checks and documents needed for each order. Payment is settled monthly; see the Terms of Use (ご利用条件, in Japanese) for details. The lead time is usually around one to four weeks, and may vary with stock shortages, holidays and customs clearance. We confirm the specific lead time for each request.
